fair place - Technical Support Trainee XRG Systems Employee Review

XRG is small and expanding. I have enjoyed the close knit family like environment and am excited to growth with the company. I've worked in large staffing companies, and I much prefer smaller more focused IT staffing firms such as XRG.

None at this time. It's a small company, so not for everyone. If you are sick of the large corporate machine, xrg is a great change of pace.

Has a one contract with a major bay area employer. Through that experience, I was able to learn more at the client site and advance my knowledge within current set of skills.

Exaggerates past performance and former clients, unprofessional, doesn't pay on time, and their IT recruiters are unqualified lacking follow through. This company seems to take part in a lot of questionable immigration practices.
