Some of the employees are wonderful

The job is medical records/tech assist rotate the 2 roles ,job changes like the tide unclear what your role is, horrible training, lack of communication, lack of professionalism in all areas, and outdated equipment, equipment, not functioning, and is not fixed, timely unable to do your work timely. low pay for the amount of work that expect it from you. And to top it all off everything that’s expected of you. You do laundry.

The patients and other staff members are fantastic. Excellent imaging facility.

The partners and COO seem to have lost all connection with patient care and human compassion. Everything is bottom line and proper paperwork.
