1. Family members are in the core team who has no idea what IT is 2. Felt like kudumbasree business 3. Utter failure founder and team - All plans are flop. 4. Worst sales team in place 5. Months of dues to everyone - Lakhs of money 6. Ther are doing job scam ! 7. Management team fight each other. 8. Lay off for everyone 9. Worst company in kochi 10. Group of frauds - Main guy in the sales is utter worst. He does not know anything

No Pros. Just had a good opportunity to understand the domain.
Cons
The company management is just a group of frauds! The CSO and the management are just live for cheating the employees. They cheat like anything by showing the good face to the employees. The CSO J is dangerous in terms of cheating. He should be punished to cheat and run with employees money. I mean everyones.
