      Pros

      - Relaxed, non-toxic, work environment. - Reasonable pay. - Amicable colleagues. - Remote work.

      Cons

      - Slightly outdated tech stack (not TOO bad though). - Lack of a developer culture. - Limited learning/growth opportunities. - Fair bit of red tape when making changes due to cross-team standardization. Hard to experiment as freely as you'd like. - Limited-to-no team events. - Relatively low number of holidays and vacation days.

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
