Pros

Got paid every two weeks.

Cons

•Upper management “SVPs” have no idea what anyone does •HR NEVER advises any of their employees on changes to the handbook •PTO - if you don’t use it, not only will you lose it... but they will then deduct what you have already accrued. “Legal robbery”??? •Trainers steal your ideas and pawn them off as their OWN. •You’ll never be told by upper management that you’ve done a good job, even when you have. Because they have no idea you even work there. •Give 100%, you’ll get laid off. Should include that in the “handbook” •Processes & procedures are nonexistent •Be asked to work but given no direction but be blamed when things aren’t flowing properly •Will lay off ALL GOOD WORKERS •Will keep and PROMOTE lazy individuals who cannot do their job properly •You will be slandered by people who did not even work with you, upon being laid off

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
