      Pros

      Nothing that a completed liquidation of assets wouldn't fix.

      Cons

      Everything. Especially the CEO, Brad Jacobs. He's a joke. All this guy knows how to do is sell things... break them down to their most basic (cutting jobs and benefits, not paying bills on time if, at all) and calling the "savings" from this "profit." He LOVES social media and seems to gauge the success of his leadership by how many "likes" or "shares" he receives. He want's everyone to speak "Brad." Well, I've said it once and I'll say it again... "I don't speak Brad." That's why I left. I LOVED this place when it was Con-way. Now, it's just a joke.

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
