Great at hiring talented people. Occasionally an effort was made in the direction of fun, e.g., themed Fridays, potlucks, bagels on a Friday morning.
Cons
Terrible at retaining talented people. Low rate of pay, astonishingly disorganized management, high turnover, internet and technology rules that approach paranoia, negative attitude toward using vacation and sick time.
