Pros
Amazing company culture that encourages high performance and high confidence in their interns. The atmosphere resembles the atmosphere of a startup. Also, it's nicely located in Midtown, by the Rockefeller Center. Everyone was very welcoming and assisted in my adaption and insertion into the firm. The remuneration was very attractive considering a 10-week program only. I am very grateful for all the amazing people I met there and all the valuable lessons learned. Could not have had a better experience.
Cons
Organize better the intern's projects that will be worked throughout the summer. However, it is understandable given the company's recent hiring of interns
