Pros
XOMA is a small family environment with lots of opportunity for growth and learning. New ideas are embraced and encouraged. Senior management is very transparent about business decisions and tragedy.
Cons
Infrastructure is dated and it always seems like they are playing catch up. The old processes and SOPs never seem to get refreshed causing continual manual work. The feeling of operating lean is one thing, but if you don't have the tools to do your job more efficiently, it becomes a vicious circle.
