Really great co-workers. Honest and hard-working.

Cons

Fullsteam, the parent company, puts a lot of pressure on XOLogic and chooses the priorities, so that's difficult.

Great and friendly people who are down to earth.

Cons

The business has been losing money, and the investors in the company have fired the last 2 presidents within about a year and half and the company currently doesn’t have strong leadership direction.
