7yThank you for taking the time to write a review, we are sorry to hear your employment experience was not at a 5 Star level. Due to our significant growth over the past 12 months, we have added many new team members. This has infused our team with a diverse blend of individuals and any cliques that may have existed are since gone.
With regard to the HIPAA exposure comment, our HR team is not co-located with other teams, so the conversations you mentioned occurring absolutely do not happen.
Lastly, the daily Shout-Out’s acknowledging our employees for exemplifying our Core Values has been an overwhelming success. They reinforce the right behaviors that improve our culture and make all of us at XMI better. In addition, they ensure we provide numerous employees with positive recognition on a daily basis. Consistently recognizing these contributions is one of the many strategies we deploy in an effort to create a company where employees come first.
