DO NOT WORK HERE- owned by private equity, you are just a number to them and it won’t be getting better anytime soon. Horrible communication from HR and management if there is any at all (they are scattered across the world working out of their garages) You will be told one thing by your boss and the next day HR will be calling to tell you you no longer have a job. Stay far far away from this one and don’t give up your regular job that’s for sure. They don’t even know what direction they are going as a collective. Sad to see from a company with so much potential. They have a knack for terminating hard working parents without notice. The Private equity firm that owns them is going to be lucky to break even. Feel bad for those investors.
