Having been with the company for over 6 years, what stands out most is the strong human culture. Colleagues are approachable, leadership is accessible, and there is a genuine sense of respect across teams. There is real opportunity to grow if you take initiative. Throughout my time here, I've been trusted with ownership, encouragement to improve processes, and given the space to contribute beyond my core responsibilities. Cross-department collaboration is common here and ideas for improvement are welcomed.
