Pros

Formerly a great source for dance music and experimental sounds. Bought in 2014, and the new owner could care less about his employees. The staff isn't to blame for this confused direction, and they've done their best to keep the writing/editorial strong.

Cons

John Wander, the new "CEO", is an extremely difficult person to work for. He expects editors to do the work of 2 or 3 people, and doesn't treat writers with respect. In pursuit of short-term profits, he is slowly undoing the XLR8R brand.
