      they let you have coffee break.

      1. immature company 2.no salary 3.employ treated as work machine. 4. no proper view to take forward the employ career. 5.director itself will sit with you and make you work. 6. there is no pf section in the compensation. employ please be careful while starting to work there.

      Pros

      I learned a lot here especially on new types of elearning projects. Management very supportive with leave and salary. Overall good environment to go grow without any stress.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. it is a small company so facilities of large MNC companies like cab pick up, and own cafeteria are not there.

      Worked for a short period of time as had to leave due to personal reasons but this period was very good from the learning point of view for me
