      There are no pros. Its a big pile of mess.

      Cons

      Pathetic Management , most of them are rude and delusional. Pathetic HR , they try to harrass people , fire them without notice, overwork the employees. Good place for people who have no skills and can butter their way to senior employees

      1. Good industry-level project to get hands-on. 2. Experienced senior professional to guide you through. 3. Domain experts in IT Patents, Problem statements. 4. Responsible Management takes care of the employees.

      No cons except your pay, it can be better as per industry standards and individual talent.

      If luck favours you , you might get some opportunities to learn else you will be stuck doing mundane tasks with no scope of actual learning and skill development

      Too much office politics Inexperienced team filled with interns mostly Toxic colleagues and management that pressurise employees Hardwork and dedication is not valued Good luck getting out of here , you will face hell in the process
