Pros
Because this company is an employment company I have very little contact with anyone from the company. I have much more contact with the people at the company I'm contracted at which is a good thing since the employment company really has no idea what I do for my job.
Cons
My impression of XLC Services management is that they have very little regard for their employees and are more interested in the bottom line.
