Not many other benefits (beside the salary), you pay even for the small coffee Very slow career progression Further career opportunities are almost non-existant, I met people with more than 6 years on the job doing the same stuff as when they started, with just a slight increase in salary The salary is fine but could be better considering the hectic schedule The work hours are very jumpy, each day has its own schedule, sometimes you work till midnight then the next day you have to be in the first shift Very competitive: you are constantly being monitored and sometimes they make you feel like the company is going down and you're to blame
