      Pros

      None except of being in a very very small company, if you like that. Some customers have lots of experience and it is good working with them, although one would wonder for how long they will trust Xintec.

      Cons

      CEO lies to everyone, customers, suppliers and employees. You will be asked to do about everything as almost nobody works in this company.
