Cons
The ACV is no where near what they will tell you it is and the product itself barely works so customers churn a lot. The co-founder is the least personable person you'll ever work with and for some reason is the only person that is remote so he will call, slack, and text you at all hours of the day and on weekends. No one in the office likes or respects the co-founder but everyone just has to put up with him.
