Pros
Free parking. Nice break room. Complimentary coffee. Health benefits are okay, premiums are low, but co-pays are expen$ive. Compensation for certifications. Work life balance, but only approved by CEO. It seems to depend on who you are.
Cons
This company has lots of potential, but the guy who created and runs this company doesn't know how to MANAGE people. He plays favorites. If you're not in his inner circle, you're highly disposable. If you work on client site, you don't exist unless the customer complains/compliments.
CEO looks the other way regarding the attrition rate, about 1/3 of the ppl I met when I first started, no longer work there. There is no upward movement/opportunities. You'll be stuck with the same job & title indef. Even his secretary quit on him, but email sent by the CEO suggesting otherwise. Watch your back if you work there, b/c CEO ethics and handling of ppl are at the least, highly questionable.
