Pros

Good salary and benefits provided.

Cons

- Poor to no communication, internally, through team leaders, especially with remote employees. - Not diverse and inclusive, more interested in serving an uneducated Republican sector of the community. - Upon hire, HR promoted openminded ideals and high communication/expectations from team members with room to grow, but the opposite occurred. - Disorganized and unfocused team leaders put in charge. - Sales team of two caters strictly to a male, Republican demographic with nepotism supported. - No educated discussions allowed when opinions differ - rather, you will be shut down for thinking outside the box.

Pros

Since starting at XCaliber the company has grown rapidly. While the qualities of the environment are abundant, one thing that remains the same is the integrity of serving our customers and the values held by leadership. As a mother, I appreciate that family is one of the core values of the company. At XC we work together as a family and prioritize our individual families first. Growing pains cannot be denied, yet they are addressed in a positive manner. The CEO, Mr Cordon is dedicated to seeing goals met while encouraging all departments to navigate obstacles always putting the customers first. I value that XC values their employees same as they do the customers. WE are a team, there is no "I" at XC.

Cons

No investment or 401k, yet we have been notified it is rolling out in the next year.

Pros

Yard employees are fun to work with. Company understands there is life outside of working.

Cons

No safety protocols. Benefits aren’t that great. Managers don’t have real leadership skills.
