      Good Learning experience and average pay (but company cannot sustain it due to lack of funding)

      Cons

      Cannot sustain compensation due to poor funding and poor management. No job security. Abrupt lay-offs. No proper severance package as well. Absolutely no vision on product engineering.

      There are a lot of experts in wireless communication field, and they are all willing to help and teach! If you are interested in wireless industry, you can learn A LOT.

      Since it's startup, a lot of work need to be done.

      experts from wireless domain, helpful supportive culture, benefits are decent for a telecom company, new and niche technology, great learning experience. Minimal middle managers in engineering org.

      Cons

      senior leadership is very mismanaged, financially unstable, layoffs of 2023 of nearly 10-20% of company, no clear plan for the future.
