Hiring expirience - Engineering Manager XCNT Employee Review

Well organized hiring process: The first stage - few casual remote chats with different company members including the cofounders, senior and junior engineers. The second stage - onsite interview, it took 4 hours with breaks. For each stage I had the schedules and agendas in advance, there were no surprises, everything went as planned. I got immediate feedback afterwards and was asked about feedback as well. Decision making was fast, after a few days I got a verbal offer and then a contract on paper. Overall - smooth and coherent process, definitely a positive experience .
