Great work environment and team

Really none - but small growing co could be difficult for some

Such great people work at this company. They are brilliant and they are nice. Everyone from CEO to Admin to probably interns (although I haven't met any yet) genuinely care about putting out an outstanding product that we can all be proud of. We all are respectful of each other and we prioritize doing right by our clients. Interactions between employees are professional, but we have fun with our work, too. It helps that staff at every level are empowered to make decisions and feedback to management is always encouraged. I worked previously in this industry and have been surrounded over the years by bright, quality people at every organization, but so far, this company is my favorite.

The comp plan for Sales could be simplified. Our territories are also a little complicated. I would prefer a geographic territory that doesn't overlap with anyone else, just for simplicity. But if that is my only complaint, this company is doing something right.
