10yThanks for sharing your perspectives. We agree that our Accelerators are second to none. We are glad that you saw career progression opportunities here, although I'm surprised you specifically state "low-level promotions, as we have a specific goal that 50%+ of our manager roles be filled through internal promotion and as we show at the monthly Company meetings, we overachieve against that goal.
The data you purport around sales account executive success is inaccurate. We just closed our fiscal year last week and we are very excited that the number of account executives who overachieved quota and qualified for an over-the-top sales club trip to the Four Seasons in Punta Mita is 2x what's it's ever been. It was another year of substantial revenue and customer growth.
Certainly we have our challenges as we scale, but this is the strongest evidence that can be offered to show the momentum of our Accelerator's success and as result, the business as a whole.
To your statement of other reviews, I can assure you no one was told it was a requirement of their job. That would be foolish.
