Pros

You collect a check. A lot of parking and a nice building.

Cons

Poor staff training. Poor inter-departmental communication. New hires are promoted over other longer and more experienced employees. A disconnect between departments. Lack of Transparency. Little opportunity for growth as an employee Low wages with high expectations. A Disconnect between upper and lower management. Employees take smoke breaks very frequently. High Staff turnover indicates a huge underlying problem.

Pros

There are numerous hard working, committed and pleasant employees who will go out of their way to help their colleagues...this is about it.

Cons

* There are no cohesive company policies, which make actually selling and shipping product a constant fire drill, as business units are frequently missing important information. This seems quite unnecessary in a company with 40 employees. X2nSat is not a start up, but it seems to function in terminal start up mode, with no real efforts made to standardize business practices. * The technology is rather dated and there has been no research conducted on appropriate target markets or metrics. This has led to continual floundering and no clear direction. * The 'leadership team,' comprised of supposed senior management, could not lead a bloodhound out of a paper bag...unless the meeting were scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Even so, this would require at least 3 scheduling changes. This is a company that likes to hold meetings, many meetings, with no substantive or actionable outcome. * Executive management is largely detached and disconnected. The daily ebb and flow of the business seems to have fallen on individual business units, some better managed than others. However, the most visible of these, actually responsible for generating sales, is led by an individual who lacks any substantive industry or product knowledge, and who 'leads' by bluster and intimidation, alienating many within the orbit of this business unit and stoking a negative environment.
