-Really great management -All the engineers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful -Really take the time to give entry-level workers a great place to start -Office location is really nice -Company is constantly growing -Really positive and inclusive workplace that values everyone

You collect a check. A lot of parking and a nice building.

Poor staff training. Poor inter-departmental communication. New hires are promoted over other longer and more experienced employees. A disconnect between departments. Lack of Transparency. Little opportunity for growth as an employee Low wages with high expectations. A Disconnect between upper and lower management. Employees take smoke breaks very frequently. High Staff turnover indicates a huge underlying problem.
