- Hybrid but mostly work from home
- Tech team willing to help

- On-boarding was rubbish. Watched 2/3 videos and that was it.
- Management is never around, hard to get a hold of. Was always OOO. Told to approach management if you have issues or unsure of something but when asked takes a few days to get a reply or no reply at all.
- Made to be a 24/7 helpdesk for clients after working hours and on weekends.
