Pros

Engaging and vibrant community. Sense of belonging. Amazing in-person events (X Summit, X Outpost). Awesome perk package (Unleash). Freedom to work anywhere. Easy, yet powerful vetting process. Inclusive and neuro-diverse company.

Cons

X Summit could be twice a year and be 7 days long \o/. Really, this is the only con I can think of. :D

Pros

Working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, travel opportunities (Outposts, Summit), excellent remote culture with innovative challenges, events and streaming. The Experiences Team deserve the very best. They know how to keep the community engaged to the all the factors in the cons.

Cons

Management needs leadership training. Do not believe anything posted on social media. They are like all other corporations with false promises, withholding commissions, have you sign contract templates, admittedly so, with extreme limitations, and provide no growth opportunities. Frankly they are aiming too high knowing well there is no solid foundation to deliver. Not to mention it is known across the company that there are very inappropriate people on the Sales Team and HR has consistently overlooked concerns as they are also under protection from their own mistakes. It is unfortunate.
