      I have loved my time here at XOS - while it is challenging, there has been so much learning and growth for me. Moreover, management makes a big effort to learn how you want to grow, and to ensure you develop in the way you want to. I feel valued, more than ever before!

      Pros

      Excellent support system in a small team of engineers who are all willing to help. Both ownership over individual projects and collaboration with full-time engineers.

      Cons

      The 7-5 summer hours may not suit everyone's lifestyle.
