Pros
As a startup we are an "all hands on deck" atmosphere! Everyone helps out where and when they are needed. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within, take on new projects outside your comfort zone and really spread your wings. I don't think I would have been given the same opportunity at a big corporation-- I feel as if I am making an actual impact each day! Our executives are hands on, have an open door policy and really make a huge effort to be transparent and encouraging to their teams. A lot of executives also leave their offices and regularly sit out in our open area, including the CEO! You always feel like a valued member of the organization.
Cons
As with any start up, we are still growing and with that comes challenges. If we make mistakes we learn from them and collaborate on how to do better next time.
