10yThank you for your comments although I had to look at this several times to be absolutely sure it was from 2015 not 2014. I apologize for how long a response took but I've been slammed interviewing all of the great people who want to come work here since Bill Miller took over.
Good advice - "transparency" is one of our core values and I think we demonstrate that through Bill's candid responses and "up-dates" on Yammer and at company meetings. The fact that Bill removed cubes at the front of the corporate office by the entry way and employee kitchen and set up his office there so he could be accessible to everyone is also a show transparency and accessibility - we're all in this together!.
