      Flexible work from home policy Free lunch Very great career growth opportunities Supportive managers and coworkers

      Cons

      If you're looking for a small startup or large company this is not the place to join. However, Twitter still has a small company feel to it with the stability of a larger one and each person can make a large impact on the millions of users that user our product. 401k Match is not that great either, but other benefits/compensation makes up for this

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
