      The day I left.....oh, and the bog standard reps car was ok

      Cons

      I was lied to at interview stage about the current turnover and potential for growth in the area. Had another three reps (from other divisions) also in my area. Unrealistic targets and short termism from the management. Was asked to bully, and withhold information from, my customers.

      Pros

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Cons

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
