Pros
There are some benefits like flexible work hours, remote work etc, but in reality these "perks" end up being used against you to justify all the cons.
Cons
Although management seem nice and friendly at first, they're very quick to throw you under the bus when you don't say "yes" to everything they ask. If you try to politely address anything that may be bothering you within the company, the management will completely turn it against you and paint you as being ungrateful and horrible. The company also has no direction, simply chasing after money working on any random project they can get hold of. Most of the products sold haven't even started to be built yet.
