Unrealistic expectations surrounding commission structure Very long sales cycle process, you don’t get paid commission until projects install and start billing. No CRM, true prospecting tools, old school mentality using excel spreadsheets. Little to none unorganized processes in place. No sales training. You wear multiple hats. Constantly had to schedule meetings with General Manager & Direct Manager to fight for fair pay each month when it came to commission compensation while projects were held up from installation. Had multiple projects cancel because deadlines were consistently being missed and not forecasted appropriately. Not a professional work environment. No true roadmap, goals or plans set in place when it comes to business sales for AZ. Management isn’t fully transparent within interview process. Poor inexperienced Management Poor Leadership Constantly trying to retain customers after obtaining signed contracts that would sit there for months. Management has little to none experience when it comes to sales, management & being professional with businesses or with managing employees. Toxic work environment. Benefits are not great.
