Wyrick Robbins Response
9yThanks for your kind words regarding our leadership and the HR group. We are sorry that our hands-on training environment was not an ideal program for your needs. We assign our new paralegals to attorney mentors and also give them one or two “go-to resources” within the paralegal group and or LAA group. Training in any new practice area takes time and is an ongoing process. We were also disappointed that the particular practice area opportunity we extended to you did not end up being the best fit for what you desired at that point in your career. We appreciated your candid feedback while at Wyrick and your patience with sticking with us for a while looking at alternate ways to address issues. We appreciate your feedback on Glassdoor as well. As a result of your feedback we have added more emphasis on training resources and are digging in deeper with candidates during the interview process so future new hires can enjoy the best experience possible with onboarding/settling into a new role and we can better understand and manage expectations.
