      Great pay and benefits great people and bonuses always practices safety first and had great new driving vehicles and nice running told and machinery

      Cons

      Lack of work in Wyoming due to boom and bust of oil and gas production in the state hard to keep a good fresh crew of experienced hands not enough time before jobs to be notified of up coming jobs

      Excellent teamwork . Clear and abundant communications. Generous with bonuses and profit sharing. Good repoier with upper management . MGMT open to suggestions, and promotes from within.

      Cons

      Lack of consistent work from time to time and especially after Covid and therefore excessive employee turnover.
