Pros

Wynne are a great company to work for, some of the Pros for me are the people, flexibility on working hours in a hybrid setting, I live close to the office and enjoy being in the office 3 times a week. Reward and Recognition scheme that rewards loyalty and the fact that the senior leaders listen and take action where required

Cons

Internal communication and ownership, getting answers and responses in a timely fashion can be sometimes challenging

Remote, freedom to take care of your personal life, no 2 days are the same.

Cons

Can feel like you’re on an island. You’ll handle a little bit of everything.

Pros

WFH is a big plus. You are treated like an adult and are not often micromanaged. Culture is very close and friendly

Cons

Can be isolating as shifts are staggered for coverage.
