      Pros

      Very low key. Lots of autonomy Good work life balance

      Cons

      Lack of transparency across the board. No real strategy and seem to be in financial trouble. Will change roadmap on any customer whim. Feedback from team members is ignored or placated. No career advancement opportunities and very little culture, if any.

      Pros

      The team is inclusive, collaborative, funny, innovative, & all-around great. I truly value their expertise & the power of the platform. There's a reason so many incredible accounts trust the team with their web development.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work felt among the services side of things - but not overall a huge con.
