      Pros

      The engineering and product teams were untouched in this last round of layoffs. Our old CEO is sticking around, but in a non-CEO role.

      Cons

      After a year of no growth or worse, we just went through a huge round of layoffs, including our CEO and CFO (both of who were really respected by everyone), half the sales team and almost all of the office support (like HR and office management). We have new executives who think they have it all figured out, but you can't run a company with just ego.

      Pros

      The team is inclusive, collaborative, funny, innovative, & all-around great. I truly value their expertise & the power of the platform. There's a reason so many incredible accounts trust the team with their web development.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work felt among the services side of things - but not overall a huge con.
