Before the management was really good, but there was a change and after that it's all gone down hill, poor communication, lack of respect and lies form the management. Culture has become bad, only good thing is remote.

Everything right now, it used to be so good, now it's the worst job i've had, specially management and communication. There's no clarity of anything and there were a lot of promises that are not being fullfilled.
