      1. Great working environment. 2. Approachable and very supportive executives. 3. Fun-loving colleagues. 4. Good compensation and attractive incentives 5. Achievable and realistic quota.

      Cons

      1. The ever-present Filipino crab mentality. Not much with Wyeth's system but with some people in the system.
