Working with the kindest people ever is unlike any other employment experience I've had before.

There are no cons I can think of!

Every member of the Wycliffe Associates team are great to work with. The management are approachable and very focused on following God where God is leading. There are many ways to work for Wycliffe apart of the various teams within it. The work is rewarding knowing that what you do helps bring the scripture to many who need it.

Almost everyone who works at Wycliffe are supported staff, so you raise support for your own position. While not really a con, Wycliffe is almost always in a state of change as leaders try to follow God where Bible translation is going.
