      Pros

      -Growing company with positive future outlook. -Team environment where everyone works together on completing the task at hand in the best way possible. -Lots of project diversity across the different divisions of work within WxT- you're never bored.

      Cons

      Operational efficiency is a little lacking post merger (merged with another company end of 2022) but looks like it is improving.
