Pros

Friendly Environment, Chill and helpful Co-Workers

Cons

Management lacks any professional communication or mannerisms . Unrealistically Strict Expectations From Managers To Be Met by Workers on Their Insane Timeline. They aren’t even There To show you around on Your first day & gives very vague information regarding your schedule or your role & won’t respond to any of your questions So It’s got you looking clueless on your first day When You’re not told the proper info like Where do you clock in and who do you report to. This company could strive better if Management stayed Organized with schedules and if they can be more supportive to their staff by Communicating, and Empathizing . If you do work here, make sure you’re okay with having to constantly go thru obstacles just to get a hold of them for your schedule. I hope other’s and/or any future experiences were(or are) a lot better than the one I had.

Pros

Easy to apply, simple interview questions, flexible to fit your part-time schedule, free drink was offered, friendly hard-working coworkers, free work uniform included. Manager asked for feedback when I left the company.

Cons

Underpaid the minimum wage at the time. Need to rapidly memorize each day's new knowledge of information of what the trainer teaches such as the boba and types of tea.
