Pros

Good beer selection. You get one free sausage per shift.

Cons

I consider this job the worst I've ever had. Horribly boring and repetitive, very low pay, and the workers are treated like 8th graders. If you get 'caught' on your phone, you are required to come in on your day off and do a 2 hour cleaning project. The only way they justify this legally is by paying you minimum wage for the 2 hours. Meanwhile the managers are skipping around on their phones drinking on the job. It is a bizarrely corporate-feeling restaurant for a local chain. The rules and regulations. The tone deaf training. I would never work here again.

Pros

Laid back, casual atmosphere, lots of down time.

Cons

Not a huge influx of new clientele. Menu seldom changes. Fading popularity. Some socio-political conflicts.

Pros

Very few pros. Here's the breakdown. The management and the staff was the only good thing about this place; except for one manager. The GM was a good person. He genuinely cared for the staff. One of the managers, a fairly young one, was also a great manager; one of the best managers I've ever worked for. BUT! There was one manager that NO ONE liked. He looked up to the owners, basically kissing their ___(I can't type the word here, but it rhymes with "passes.") at all times. In my time there, I saw some of the staff confront him when he began to cross the line, just to hide the meathead owner; like a coward. If you still decide to work here, it won't be long before you'll know who he is. The pay was ok; considering that they solely depend on the tips to make up the difference. You'll get paid minimum wage to work here. Even THEN there was a lot of injustice. Some of the staff would get paid more than others. Some staff members left because of this reason. Obviously, the staff that got a bigger tip cut love working here; it's not the line cooks who get the biggest cut btw.

Cons

Where to begin! During the orientation, they present this place as an amazing company; but, it's FAR from it. It's more like a polished, ___-covered ___ hole(I can't use the word I want to use. Bur it rhyme with "hit.") I was here for a while and I saw firsthand how one of the owners, mostly the meathead (you'll know who he is when you see him) take advantage of hardworking people or just looking to prove his ego by picking on staff; all the while leaving the lazy workers alone. (it's the lazy workers who usually praise this place because they don't do much and get paid for it.) One of the biggest fallacies I saw in my time here was seeing the owners bring their families to show how "normal" they were, but in reality, they're using them as props. This would usually happen when there was an altercation between the staff and the meathead owner; especially when would cross the line and yell at the staff for no reason but to prove his ego. The meathead owner would even let some of his minor kids work here. Which is pretty dangerous and irresponsible; especially in a kitchen environment. They promote their "culture" as one of their best features; but being here for a while, and getting to know the staff, it turns out that most of them were there for a while cause they needed a job that was close to home and/or the flexibility; some of them worked 2 jobs. In reality, the culture is more like taking advantage of hardworking people, underpaying and overworking them. All the while leaving the lazy staff alone and run amok. So you're probably wondering "Why didn't I just leave if this place was that bad?" Well, I needed a job to pay the bills that was fairly close to home. That's the reason. Plain and simple. Now, what's gonna happen is that the owners might catch wind of this review and will dismiss it during the orientation; and laugh about it; it's a tactic they used to defuse a situation they used to save the company's face. They're probably gonna bring up my role as "Kitchen Worker" as a means to discredit my honest review. The reality is that I specifically I chose that role to maintain my anonymity. So, if you decide to work here, you'll see it become what I'm telling you how this place really is; A___(I can't the word I want to use, but it rhymes with "hit.") hole. The only reason why this place is still in business is cuz of their alcohol and fries. That's it. So, don't do it. Don't work here. There are far better places to work at. You've been warned. P.S. You've probably seen a similar review on Indeed. Yes, it's the same one. People should know the truth about this place.
