Start looking for something better immediately after getting an offer as turnover rate is BIG. No business etiquette, best practices, or processes. No work-life balance. Manipulative management and company "policy". Toxic environment. I didn't enjoy working here, didn't learn anything, and cannot recommend it to anyone
