Pros
The employees are highly valued, and it shows. From benefits to the random get together and parties, it's about the employees. The leadership is solid. I don't shy away from calling out bad leadership, luckily never had to do that here. From my direct manager to the CEO, the leadership is solid. Transparency. The senior leadership doesn't use this to mean anything other than what it is. The leadership is not afraid to discuss things with the employees. Remote. Once you find your rhythm, your productivity will shoot up.
Cons
Not much. Sometimes projects were ill defined, but that seemed more of a growing pains issue and was mostly solved by the time I left.
